Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious spa at Ridhira Living, a leading chain of wellness themed resort living communities. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the spa industry. The job is located in Cochin, Kerala, India, and offers a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in the spa industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a spa
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness practices
  • Ability to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Experience in inventory management and cash handling
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about wellness and creating a positive guest experience

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Manage a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by providing personalized experiences and resolving customer issues
  • Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive spa revenue
  • Monitor and maintain the inventory of spa products, equipment, and supplies
  • Train and develop spa staff on various treatments and services
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
  • Prepare and analyze spa performance reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative spa offerings
