Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Suppliers for materials and inventory stock flow. Ensuring the order fulfilment is done on time
  • Make sure operations and supply chain are processed smoothly from the order opening till delivery
  • Analyse the sales and returns of the product
  • Resolving all customer queries related to delayed deliveries or any other concern.
  • Curate plans to drop delivery delays to customers
  • Analysing monthly business sales and executing plans to implement better services
  • Make proper floor plans so that orders are distributed to the customers as per the delivery timelines of the purchase order
  • Ensure the order quantity is offered to clients, quality check officials matching to their QC standards
  • Providing monthly projection plans
  • Communicating orders to vendors and planning their execution

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of customer orientation and ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Good exposure and understanding of the Jewellery industry is a must
  • Implementing newer ways that lead to increased efficiency and optimum use of available resources
  • Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills
