Our medical scribes are based in different locations in India, dedicatedly providing their services to doctors, physicians, and healthcare providers in their USA offices and hospitals. The company is located in Noida.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources-related tasks.
Qualifications
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 1-1.5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Generalist.
3. Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end HR operations.
7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with RazorpayXPayroll systems is a plus.
