Job Description Title/Designation: Export-Import Executive Reports to: Assistant Manager-EXIM Location: Ahmedabad Industry: Medical Devices/Surgical/Pharmaceutical Qualification: B.Com and M.Com Experience: 3-5 years Salary: Commensurate with Experience & Qualification About us: Aegis Lifesciences is a globally recognized leader in the manufacturing and export of medical devices, operating from its state-of-the-art facilities in India. About the role: We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Export-Import executive to lead and handle all the tasks related to Export Import requirements in an leading Medical devices manufacturing company, the majority of the business coming from the overseas market. Responsibilities: ● Negotiate and finalize contracts with freight forwarders ● Handle tasks related to Advance Authorization, EPCG & COO License/Certificate● Demonstrate basic knowledge of FEMA and Customs Laws ● Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documentations ● Ensure timely coordination with Freight Forwarders, Couriers, and Customs Agents ● Coordinate bookings with FedEx, DHL, and other transporters ● Plan delivery and dispatch of goods effectively ● Possess knowledge of Bank Realization Certificate and Foreign Inward Remittance certificate ● Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports ● Understand Export Benefits, Duty Drawback, and RODTEP schemes ● Maintain records, ensure adequate insurance coverage, and coordinate insurance claims ● Handle other incidental processes related to the above responsibilities Candidate requirements: ● Fluency/good command of English. ● Proficiency in MS Office. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Ethical behavior and high level of integrity ● Team management skills, team player and takes ownership ● Ability to read, analyze and interpret governmental regulations on EXIM ● Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and administrative / governance procedures ● Must be able to effectively operate in a PC environment, be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Internet data search utilities Ready to join our team?
