JOB PURPOSE:

Good understanding of Finance & commercial agreements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Drafting / Vetting of Legal Agreements and Contracts related to finance & commercial.

  • Be update with all the changes in the Government Policy
  • Good understanding of general corporate matters and litigation with effective communication skills.
  • Drafting of MOUS, Agreement with the suppliers, dealers.
  • Having knowledge of shareholding, share purchase (mutual fund) agreement.
  • Can draft & read shareholding, share purchase notice or agreements.
  • Knowledge of legal language .
  • Can handle NCLT related operation & debt related products.
  • Can read and draft financial transaction agreement
