Qualification: BDS/ BHMS/BAMS/ BPT/BUMS/MDS.
Experience: 1 - 5 Years.

Job Description:
• Playing a vital role in handling the VIP helpdesk
• To Co-ordinate with VIP agent for their queries related to their claims (reimbursement and cashless)
• To maintain an MIS related to the daily task
• To coordinate with all the branches for the resolution of any concern
• To arrange the approval from senior management to reopen any rejected claim
• To follow up regularly with the internal department for timely settlement of the claim
• To scrutinize the query raised by the medical team as per the available document
• To figure out the agents about deficiency raised in their claim
• To scrutinize the query response received by agents, prior to sharing it with the processing team
