Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Bodyshop Adviser or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of bodyshop repairs and services in the automobile industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with automobile accidents and insurance processes
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Certifications or training in automobile bodyshop repairs and services will be a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist customers in assessing and understanding their bodyshop requirements
- Provide accurate quotations for bodyshop repairs and services
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for bodyshop repairs
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized bodyshop area
- Collaborate with the bodyshop manager to ensure efficient workflow and customer service
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality standards
