People Relations Specialist
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract
Responsibilities of People Relations Specialist
Provide support to employees and managers (M6 and below) in the application of Coinbase HR policies and procedures
Advise employees and managers on HR policies and practices
Perform intake and recommendations related to interpersonal conflicts and potential policy breaches escalating issues to the appropriate DRI (HRBP Legal)
Ensure managers are following Coinbase performance management procedures including documentation case management and corrective action plans
Use level of judgment to determine and facilitate outcomes of performance improvement plans including termination of employment
Maintain People Relations playbooks and processes working with key stakeholders for input and signoff
Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees
Requirements for People Relations Specialist
Minimum 5 years of work experience in human resources
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist HRBP or other HR specialist role
Intermediate understanding of HR principles HRrelated laws and regulations
Proficient in problem solving
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to develop clear and concise written communications
