Wedding Planner - Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities

1. As a Wedding Planner, you are responsible for
2. Discussing all the aspects of the wedding with the bride and groom and guiding their decision making process.
3. Preparing a strait-laced budget for the wedding in the most efficient manner.
4. Suggesting locations, decoration, photographers, caterers etc. As an ideal candidate, you should be obtaining quotes from vendors and maintaining a good relationship with them
5. Identifying clients needs & requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
6. Maintain a deep understanding of Betterhalf & the services we provide.
7. Staying up to date with innovative trends in the wedding industry
8. Achieving sales targets
9. Ensuring customer satisfaction
10. Build & maintain strong client & business relationships

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, design or related eld.
2. 2+ years experience in Wedding planning, execution, client handling and Sales.
3. Strong understanding of various cultures and their wedding customs.
4. Proven track of successful wedding planning or event management projects.
5. Customer obsession & excellent customer-service skills.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Good problem-solving abilities in stressful situations.
8. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Joining Date: 15 - 30 days, Preference: Joining in 30 days
