Job Title: Head Of Product
Experience Required: 10 to 15 years of experience
Location: All Metro cities in India
Job Brief & Responsibilities - Responsible for Product Innovations and Product Ideations in their respective Domain.
- Responsible for Product Lifecycle from Concept to Deployment including flow charts, features, scripting, etc.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.
- Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, good understanding of technical and market feasibility of the product.
Desired Skills - Passionate about building world class products on the web / mobile
- Work experience in the Travel/ internet / e-commerce industry is preferred
Key Requirements MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college
Should have experience leading small teams
Superior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Should have experience with Travel industry
Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace
Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment
