Position Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with good hands-on knowledge on manufacturing domain to join our team. Familiarity in ERP, MES, APICS,Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
Your future duties and responsibilities
Plan and schedule various project activities and processes
• Work with suppliers to establish the appropriate delivery schedules for individual components, specifying quantity and frequency targeting Just-in-Time delivery
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including ability to maintain and enhance Excel-based material shortage reports, is required
• Familiarity in ERP, MES, APICS
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand is required
• Demonstrated competency as defined by credentials such as PMP, ITIL, PMI, PRINCE2, EMV, CSM, APICS, or equivalent experience
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Project management of multiple complex project teams for IT operations and manufacturing projects
• Develop, manage and maintain up-to-date MS Project Timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies and resource constraints, applying appropriate project scheduling techniques
• Lead cross functional project with internal and external functions
• Plans and leads requirements, design, and project reviews
• Monitors project execution and adjusts plans
• Prepare project plans/schedules, reports and budgets
• Conceive, specify and validate the manufacturing processes of the products/projects, in respect for the quality, deadline, cost, safety and environment constraints
• Creates and executes project work plans (Work Breakdown Structure) and revises as appropriate
• Identifies resources needed and tasks team members with project tasks
Technologies required:/ Selected Skill • Project Management
• Pas X, Historian, OSI Soft, MES, Werum (Preferably MFG domain)
• MS Project
• Familiarity in ERP, MES, APICS
• Knowledge of PLM
• Good to know PMP, ITIL, PMI, PRINCE2, EMV, CSM, APICS
