With its direct-to-consumer model, Curl Cure leverages social commerce to reach and engage with its target audience while also providing personalized services at its exclusive salon in Thane, Mumbai.

Responsibilities :

1. Identify and prospect potential salons for partnership opportunities. 2. Conduct market research to understand local salon demographics and trends. 3. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and establish connections with salon owners. 4. Pitch Curl Cure products and services to salon decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points. 5. Collaborate with the on-ground sales team to coordinate outreach efforts and support sales initiatives. 6. Build and maintain relationships with existing salon partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. 7. Set and achieve sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. 8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market insights, and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads through various sources and channels Market Research: Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities Customer Service: Prior experience in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field, preferably in the beauty or hair care industry. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence decision-makers. 3. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 4. Excellent networking abilities and relationship-building skills. 5. Self-motivated and proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation. 6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently. 7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. 8. Passion for the beauty industry and a genuine interest in curly hair care.
