A leading digital agency based out of Canada is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Growth Hacker and Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our clients through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Prior digtial agency experience is mandatory for this role. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE: Develop and execute creative strategies for user acquisition, conversion, and retention. Analyze data to identify key growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance. Collaborate with internal teams to implement growth initiatives. Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights. Stay updated on industry trends WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in growth hacking or digital marketing. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Google Analytics certification is required. Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer and email marketing. Excellent writing skills.
