What You Will Do - Managing the Support delivery towards our clients
- Mentoring & coaching team members
- Coordination with the Customer and other stakeholders
- Close coordination with the different teams for cross utilization of competence, processes and tools
- Be able to implement best practices in Support Delivery
- Responsible for Managing the service/support delivery in good quality, well within the Margin
- Provides innovative solutions to delivery challenges
- Consulted by and gives support to other support delivery managers
- Proactively markets Quorum towards customers.
- And other duties as assigned.
What To Bring - 10-12 years of experience in IT Industry with at least 3-4 years of them in Service/Support Delivery Management
- 1-2 years experience in managing a team
- Worked with global stakeholders
- Should have managed service delivery for different customers
- Good knowledge of ITIL
- Oil and Gas Domain knowledge.
- Knowledge of Energy Components is an added advantage
- Good presentation and leadership skills.
- Excellent Team Player
- Have Good attitude to work in cross functional teams
- Able to work with multiple cultures/countries
- Should strive for improvements in the service delivery
