Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets as per company requirements. Support in audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and support decision-making. Evaluate financial performance and advise on cost-saving strategies. Utilize accounting software to process transactions, maintain records, and generate reports. Assist in tax preparation and compliance activities. Identify discrepancies and propose solutions to improve financial processes. Qualifications and Education Requirements Preferred Skills BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, OR RELATED FIELD. PROVEN WORK EXPERIENCE AS AN ACCOUNTANT OR IN A SIMILAR ROLE. THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES, STANDARDS, AND REGULATIONS. PROFICIENCY IN ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE (E.G., TALLY, QUICKBOOKS, SAP, OR SIMILAR). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
