Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Holiday Planner. The Holiday Planner will be responsible for organizing and coordinating customized vacation packages for clients. The successful candidate will need to create a detailed and well-planned itinerary considering clients' preferences and budget, book flights, hotels, car rentals and Visa Service researching and suggesting places to visit, assist with visa applications, and provide useful information about the destination and country of travel.
Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent Knowledge of Destinations, Domestic and International Flights and Local Travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Problem-solving skills for itinerary adjustments and changes
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is an added advantage
- Proficiency in languages other than English will be considered an added advantage
