As a senior UI/UX Designer at ONE Muthoot, you will be :
- The Voice of customers and simplify the complex user requirements
- Joining a highly collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful, user friendly and easy-to-use digital products of ONE Muthoot
- Going beyond the horizons to create functional and appealing/Impactful product features that enhance the design experience of our products
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, development and design team, to translate user requirements into unique brand and product experiences thereby meeting the business goals.
- Work with the UI team to create impactful designs, prototypes, app flows and document the design architecture.
- Work with product team in UAT for design validation
- Involve and lead the UI team in all phases of product lifecycle including requirements gathering, user analysis, IA, UI design, testing and implementation
- Produce interesting graphic assets for products of ONE Muthoot
- Graphic production - create art assets for mobile and web
- Manage multiple products design requirement and remain open for constructive feedback and changes in the design aspects
- Present and effectively communicate how the creative vision will help achieve company objectives.
- Mentor the design team with latest creative aspects of UI/UX and explore latest technologies
- Contribute extensively to enhance and improvise the branding strategy
- Gains an understanding of ONE Muthoots business, company culture and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ Years experience in UI/UX, preferably with a Product-driven entity
- Minimum 3 years experience with tools - Wireframing, Figma, Adobe suites or any similar software
- Proven expertise in user research and ability to simplify complex user requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in leading design team and handling complex products
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Having great attention to detail
- Problem identification and problem solving skills
- Ability to empathize, define and ideate user friendly design for multiple products
- Good decision making, team management and empathizing skills
- Good at seeking feedback positively
