Human Resource Manager with Leading Broking FirmThis opportunity primarily centers around the Investment Banking/Capital Markets sector, with a preference for individuals who have expertise in Talent Acquisition within this feildProficiency in the core BFSI domain is essential for potential candidatesJOB ROLE :Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs for retail sales department.Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection and offer negotiation.Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide guidance on the selection process.Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.Develop and maintain talent management processes.Monitor employee morale and company culture.Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.Identify future staffing needs.Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.Maintain employee personnel records.Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
