Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Event Manager role with flexibility to work remotely. The Event Manager will oversee all aspects of event planning, from logistics to execution to post-event evaluations. This includes working closely with clients to understand their objectives, managing vendors and contractors, and developing marketing strategies to promote the event.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with clients and vendors
- Experience in event planning and production
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop unique event experiences
- Proficiency in budget management and negotiation skills
- Experience in marketing and promotion of events
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly event planning is a plus
