This is a Full-time role for a Finance Manager located in Kochi. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, developing financial strategies and plans, and providing leadership and guidance to the finance team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and operations Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success in developing financial strategies and plans, and in overseeing and managing financial operations, processes, and systems Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, and an ability to identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities Experience with financial software and systems, including ERP systems, accounting software, and financial analytics tools Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Experience in furniture/hardware industryJob tags
