Senior Operations Manager| Salary : 65 - 75 K | Experience : 7 - 8 years | Immediate joiner | Education : B.Com, BBA, BSC |
Candidate Profile:
Hands-on operations manager with 7-8 years of experience in supporting sales team.
Currently, working or experience of working with TPA preferred.'
Mutual Fund Industry operations person or experience in fintech.
Excellent MS Office skills and excellent in EXCEL formulas.
Minimum Education graduation (B. Com, BBA, B.Sc.,)
Excellent computer knowledge. – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Responsibilities:
Creation of investor accounts, handling Services from Providers and mutual Fund Houses.
Arranging for KYC compliance for clients.
Maintain relationships with NSE, Mutual Fund houses, and Insurance companies for smooth operations.
Document validation process and communication with the sales team
Robust support to the sales team on all the back-office tasks.
Taking care of all the operational needs like investments, activation, onboarding, etc
Service on change requests from customers and sales teams
Maintaining MIS on various Customer and sales information.
Owner of Daily and monthly reports on operations to Senior Management.
Update self on various new products launched in Mutual Funds and Insurance and deliver excellent customer service to the clients.
Participate in IT & other software training on related tools.
Ad hoc work and analysis as requested by the Management.
