Job Description:
Provide organizational support in the areas of: Labour compliance, Employee relations, Compensation and benefits, Organizational development, Policies procedures, Case management, Merger & Acquisitions and Workforce planning initiatives
- Support in drafting country specific HR policies and manuals
- Support HRCM in statutory and labour compliance activities
- Facilitate employee engagement programs.
- Offering country crisis support and managing grievances.
- Handle workforce planning activities
- Support country HR process, benefit plan administration and production of required country specific documents
- Support employee case management and disciplinary procedures
- Collaboration with extended HR teams to effectively implement HRCM activities
- Maintain excellent relationship management with employees, managers and BU leaders to ensure effective implementation of HR Policies
- Support to HRCMs in handling HR Mergers & Acquisitions
Education and qualifications:
Higher education, preferably MBA (HR)/MSW
Additional Information:
- Working experience in labor compliance will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Very strong people management skills and problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge in handling disciplinary cases, terminations, and employee grievances
- Experience in HR Mergers & Acquisitions
- Self-motivated person who can function with minimal or no supervision, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities whenever required.
- Conflict management skills and ability to deal with difficult people.
Relevant Work Experience:
8 years of relevant experience in HR domain (IT/ITES sector)
