Duties and Responsibilities : - Putting together a team of highly driven financial consultants and advisors - Find potential clients, source them, and establish enduring relationships with them. - With the help of your employees and clients, you can generate a revenue or business volume - Advice Potential and reputable customers to work as financial advisors - Encourage potential customers to call or come in person to discuss insurance options. - Provide clients with advice on the insurance plans that best meet their requirements. - Deliver policies that have been approved to new clients and describe the policy's benefits and hazards.
