Job description:
Require Accountant to lead Group of companies having Turnover of above 120 crs , who has knowledge of independently finalization of Financials under companies Act and hands on working in Direct , Indirect tax compliance , ROC, MIS Reporting to Directors and work experience with telecom company preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage team of 12 accounting staff
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns and ROC compliance.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
• Liasioning with Auditors, GST officials and income tax.

Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant or Article clerk completed at least intermediary CA or 10 years M.com
• Full knowledge of account finalization and having independently l ability to prepare balance sheet/ profit & loss Account.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Expertise in ERP accounting software Tally prime, winman Erp and GST.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including V look ups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
