Job description
Designation : Manager – Business Analyst
Shift : 9 AM to 5.30 PM
Work Week : 6 days with Sunday off
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 6+ years
Reporting to: COO – Apollo Pharmacy
Candidate will work closely with the COO of the company.
Job Role
· Assist COO in internal business reviews. Travel along with COO for regional business visits.
· Help management by analyzing large data and producing meaningful insights that can be used in decision-making.
· Liaison with internal departments/functions to design and develop data that will be used for analysis and reports.
· Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Refresh dashboards and presentation based on regular and ad hoc requirements.
· Identify new process improvement opportunities with aid of primary and secondary data sources.
· Update COO on key performance metrics.
· Ability to manage senior stakeholders.
· Should be able to create excellent dashboards for reviews and meetings.
· Should have good research, benchmarking and project management skills
Job Requirement
·3 to 6 years of experience in Analytics (Retail Domain Preferred).
· High degree of analytical skills especially in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and SQL aided with advance statistical knowledge. Python and R knowledge is an advantage.
· Expert presentation skills is a must.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skill is expected.
· Should have attention to detail and have ability to think outside of the box.
· Capable of handling pressure and multi-tasking.
