The

Head of Human Resources,

at Randstad Enterprise APAC entails driving thought leadership, innovation, and strategic HR solutions to realize our ambitions. Leading the Enterprise APAC business units including

"RPO and MSP business," "Global Business Services," and "Risesmart,"

the HR Director collaborates with business leaders and Global HR Centers of Excellence to develop and implement HR strategies, fostering business growth and enhancing the employee life cycle. With oversight of a team of fifteen HR professionals, they ensure alignment with organizational goals and deliver exceptional HR services globally and regionally.

The position reports to, the Global HR Leader for Randstad Enterprise and North America. It is based in Hyderabad (preferred) or Bangalore, with potential regional/global travel.

Skills, Experience & Role Requirements : The HR Director role plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and ensuring that the HR function is aligned with the overall business strategy. Seeking a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles overseeing regional operations. Possess a proven track record in advising Senior Leadership teams on diverse HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. Demonstrating exceptional people management skills, the candidate will excel in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and fostering cooperation within a matrixed environment. With a focus on relationship management and advocacy, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen, the candidate will drive impactful decision-making. Outstanding English communication skills are essential for inspiring and forming partnerships with business stakeholders. Experience in global organizations and a deep understanding of regional cultural differences are preferred, along with a successful history of implementing global strategies and nurturing diverse teams. Bachelor’s degree is a must. Master’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant business experience. Evidence of ongoing, continual education preferred

Your Key Responsibilities : Working closely with the APAC MD, Global HR Leader, Global COEs to devise and implement the APAC people strategy and HR transformation (Systems, COEs and job Catalog). Using data and developing insights to proactively manage talent and talent outcomes Providing advice/coaching to Leadership Team on the business plans from a people strategy perspective. Identifying critical skills required to meet client needs and working proactively with Global COEs on build/acquire strategy. Ensuring that all relevant legislative requirements, including those relating to DE&I are embedded in the development of project and policy work and in all the advice provided to line managers and others. Supporting the talent attraction strategy for the organization in partnership with the Global Talent Acquisition team and Marketing. Leading talent review to ensure that personal development plans are in place and these are tracked and reviewed on a quarterly basis with the senior leadership team. Working closely with the Regional MDs and other functions on wider project/program communication, relevant user training, and overall change adoption. Being proactive and connect with global HR colleagues to ensure best practice models theories and approaches are used. Representing Randstad at various industry forums and conferences in order to meet clients, expand networks and gather relevant industry related trends.

Talent Management:

Utilizing people analytics (turnover, talent and engagement) and working with the global COE and country HR Directors to develop initiatives to improve retention, new start fail rates and implementing proactive interventions. Implementation of people strategy and measuring success via engagement scores and comparing scores relative to overall Randstad. Robust completion of quarterly Talent Reviews with clear development action and career planning for top talent. Support and execute global employee value proposition (EVP) across APAC. Work with global COE and HR Country Directors to ensure right level of customization is included in the EVP for the region/employee base
