What you get to do in this role:

The Senior America's Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of partner marketing plans with a cross section of our most strategic regional and global partners in the America's region and for growing overall revenue and pipeline driven from partners. You will be responsible for developing highly effective marketing programs and demand generation campaigns aligned to 1:1 engagement and partner leverage at scale. You will develop, manage, track and report ROI of partner led and partner embedded marketing campaigns. This position must interface professionally and effectively with all functional levels of our partner representatives as well as ServiceNow's marketing and sales teams when planning programs with partners. This position must own both the strategic planning and the hands-on program execution in a hyper-growth, fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the partner co-marketing strategy and co-marketing program plan for the Americas in coordination with a variety of partner types and sizes across the marketing funnel including awareness, thought leadership and demand generation
• Plan and execute co-marketing programs with partners for sell with and through
• Support all aspects of joint partner events, campaigns and programs - both live and online.
• Report on campaign results, ensuring ROI is measured for all partner campaigns on an ongoing cadence
• Develop processes that improve and grow the partner relationships, processes and execution
• Act as an advocate and liaison for partners to be embedded in ServiceNow marketing activities and events. Both at scale and a 1:1 pursuit.

To be successful in this role you have:

• 10+ years supporting and collaborating on joint marketing programs with partners of all types
• BS/BA required, and related work experience required
• 5+ years experience collaborating with and developing joint marketing programs with global SIs and SPs such as Accenture, Genpact and Infosys
• Solid grasp of the marketing funnel, and selling through and with partners
• An understanding of product positioning, promotion, and return on marketing investment
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent cross-functional team player that can excel at both strategy and execution
• Highly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated leadership running partner marketing programs for a variety of audiences and a broad solution portfolio
• Must be able to comprehend and own all aspects of partner marketing and partner management/relationship building from a marketing perspective
• Exceptional communication at all levels including senior management
• Very good program and project management skills
• A team player that collaborates as standard practice, and operates successfully leading both their own team and virtual working teams
• Follows a metrics driven, analytical approach
• High energy, 'own it' personality and ability to drive process improvement and thrive in a high growth environment.
