Job description
Monitoring the social handles & platforms across web
Monitoring done through a tool + manually
Posting responses to posts around the brand accurately and in a timely manner
Ensuring the TAT expected by the client is maintained
Making the brand experience better for a user who seems dissatisfied
Clearing doubts an individual has about what the brand offers
Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on brand social media pages
Response management to be done smartly through a social media listening tool
Sharing the brand comments real time with the brand managers (respective stakeholders)
Categorization of the data & deriving meaningful analysis. Sharing the same with the brand
Able to do Root cause analysis for all the escaslations received Qualification: Any Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in ORM.
Have in depth understanding of social media, online reputation, analytics
Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
Have a keen eye for detail and have a perfectionist attitude.
