Role Summary As a Senior Executive you will be responsible for logistics and packaging operations, including RFQ execution, freight forwarder selection, documentation, on-time goods receipt, shipping plans, cost savings, and finance coordination. Key Responsibilities Execute the RFQ in Logistics & packaging and negotiation. Identify the right Import / Export freight forwarders. Documentation related to logistics (E waybill, Delivery challan, Packaging list & POD verification) Ensure on time receipt of Goods from suppliers supplier to support various business needs. Expert in dynamic shipping plan Knowledge on various kinds of packaging methods and application of it Work on continuous logistics savings Coordinate with the finance with finance team to release the Purchase order and payment on time to receive items from the supplier from supplier. Should be self-driven and deliver results according to business needs. Key Requirements: Any bachelor’s degree with 5 -8 years of experience in Logistics. Must be from Electronics / Automotive & Engineering industries and proficient in Logistics management. Open to travel across India. Strong Understanding of the domain: logistics, supply chain, Import and Customs. Data-driven decision-making approach. Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities.
