Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for an ERP/CRM Functional/Technical Consultant. The primary responsibility of the successful candidate is to help design and implement ERP/CRM solutions. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player mindset and time management skills to deliver quality and accurate outputs in a timely manner. Additional responsibility includes providing solutions to complex business problems, working closely with business teams, and training end-users.

Qualifications

• B.E. in Computers, B.Tech, B.Com, Any with experience in MS Dynamics ERP/ CRM as Functional Consultant
• Experience in ERP/CRM functional or technical processes
• Knowledge of Microsoft ERP/CRM solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical members of the team and end-users
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with implementation, customization, and configuration of the solutions
• Industry-specific knowledge, such as Manufacturing, Financial Institution, and Professional Services
