Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Invoice Bookings: Ensure accurate and timely invoice booking, monthly provisioning & correct computation of GST, TDS for all invoices processed for PH's & HO
• Monthly Supplier ageing & Reconciliations with respect to AP
• Monthly financial closure
• SAP : Looking after all issues related to SAP and SOP's for invoice bookings for PH's & HO
• Tax & Stat Audits : Timely closure of Statutory Audits and Tax Audits as per the statutory timelines
• Vendor Reconciliation Process : Develop a system for inhouse Vendor Reconciliation on monthly basis and get No Dues certificate on quarterly/half yearly basis
• Monitoring and execution of end to end Fixed asset process for all the stores, PH, HO etc.
• Fixed Asset Management - Monthly booking of Depreciation / Amortisation of assets. GL Review and reconciliation on monthly basis with respect to FA/Intangibles & WIP
• People Development - Existing team is well trained and equipped,
• employees are trained and groomed for the role, talks with others openly enabling orientation towards higher standards of performance. Leads by example, demonstrating commitment, use of influence and a vision. Recognizes capabilities and aligns work styles within team. Delegates appropriately making sure that the assigned accountabilities are clear

JOB SPECIFICATION: (QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE)

· Years of Functional Experience: 11+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

· Education & Qualification: Chartered Accountant

· Role: Team Management
