Job description
- Operational management of Partner facilities in your allocated region. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ensuring high-quality processing output
- Onboarding offboarding partner facilities
- Frequently meeting (virtually) our partners to understand their requirements and make sure they are able to follow the set processing guidelines
- Administration tasks
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring inventory is in stock for all allocated partners
- Smoothing out any operational issues with your allocated Partners, in a timely and professional manner, including crisis and escalation management.
- Coordinate with the Regional/Ops associate where possible to ensure all tasks are completed, and order management is controlled as per the set deadlines
- Ensure all Partner KPIs are met or exceeded
- Ensure monthly Partner catch-ups that address the below objectives:
- Customer complaint resolutions
- Order capacity growth
- Payment conflict resolutions
- Quality audits (with the assistance of the regional onsite team where possible)
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to improve customer satisfaction
- Completing full performance reviews for newly onboarded Partners to identify any weak points, and actioning any training needs during the trial period for new Partners.
- Complete full performance reviews for long-term Partners to ensure high-quality output consistently
- Document management, summarizing processes, learning, and helping to replicate successful models across international markets where needed
- Working with internal teams on a series of different projects as required, to improve the overall operations and quality of Partnerships.
- Keeping up-to-date and familiar with all departmental operational changes to understand the sourcing requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must be able to conduct presentations, discussions, and negotiations with international and external stakeholders.
- Strong presentation negotiation skills, with an understanding of budget restraints.
- Must be comfortable analysing data sets and must possess the ability to express and present clear logical thinking.
- Must be able to demonstrate creative thought processes for lead generation.
- Must be organized and a self-starter.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably for a start-up.
- Hindi/ Urdu/ Arabic Language skills preferred.
- Ambitious entrepreneurial.
- Hungry for progression process-driven.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Should be comfortable multitasking in a high-energy environment.
- Needs to be able to adapt to highly dynamic situations
Desired, but not essential:
- Experience with Partner acquisition CRMs and/or digital sales.
- Exposure to business intelligence platforms such as Data Studio.
- Experience in working in different markets internationally, with strong cultural awareness.
