Job description
- Responsible for overall branch operations and profitability of the branch,
- Handling branch operations team, motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets month on month.
- Ensure gold loan growth at branch month of month.
- Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Mutthoot Finance.
- Building relationship with customers and follow-up. Increase interest collections of the branch and control on NPAs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Graduates / Post graduates with operations and marketing experience in Banking and Financial industry.
- Minimum period of 2 years can also apply.
