Job Overview

Come join the 'go-to-market tech (GTM-Tech) product team' as a 'Principal Product Manager'. Intuit GTM-Tech product team is responsible for building Intuit'score capabilities surrounding marketing and sales tech. Our team owns a series of capabilities spanning data, experimentation, content management, personalization, communications, vendor tools and more. Our broader set of stakeholders include Intuit's marketing team, marketing operations team, product teams, engineering, finance, legal but we predominantly work with the marketing operations team. At Intuit, we have each business unit (QuickBooks, TurboTax...) having their own dedicated Marketing Operations teams who use the platform and capabilities we build to enable business units' marketing strategies with high velocity. The goal for the marketing operations team is to translate the marketing Intent into the actual deliverables. The go-to-market Tech Product team work closely with the go-to-market Engineering team in driving the requirements and prioritization. The marketing operations team is completely located in the US and the product team is split between India and US.

Qualifications

• You must have 5+ years of experience as a Product Management role, with a proven track record of success in launching and managing complex platform products
• You should have experience working with modern content management system (CMS) & data platforms and how teams use that data to power their digital experiences
• You must have a deep understanding of the customer experience, with the ability to think strategically and analytically
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-zone environment and have a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of our content management system, collaborating with internal and external teams to create a world-class platform product
• Develop and execute product roadmaps and strategies to ensure successful product launches
• Analyze customer experience and think strategically to identify opportunities for improvements in the product
• Work with a variety of stakeolders to ensure successful implementation of the content management system
• Monitor product performance and analytics to identify areas of improvement
• Provide product training and support to internal teams
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive products to inform product decisions
• Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders
