IDEAL CANDIDATE - The ideal candidate is an experienced and visionary leader with a minimum of 2+ years of expertise in product development. They have experience in product strategy, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions. They excel in project management, quality processes, and client collaboration, ensuring seamless integration and delivering robust e-Governance solutions. With strong team management and interpersonal skills, they foster high performance and long-term operational excellence, making them a valuable asset for our e-Governance initiatives.

Job Responsibilities- Product Planning and Roadmap: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and resource constraints. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and specifications.

Product Development and Execution: Work closely with engineering and design teams during the development process to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources.

Project Leadership:

Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle of our e-Governance project, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with clients and other stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements, ensuring alignment with e-Governance objectives.

Technical Coordination:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

Quality Assurance:

Implement best practices for software testing, quality control, and performance optimization to deliver robust and reliable e-Governance applications.

Timeline Management:

Monitor project progress, and proactively manage project risks to meet deadlines and deliver within the allocated resources. Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to security protocols, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner and in line with e-Governance standards.

Team Management:

Manage and mentor a team of software developers, test engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance, motivation, and continuous growth.

Performance Management:

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop professional development plans through coaching and training for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, technical specifications, and implementation details.

Long-term operational excellence:

Drive organizational and organizational initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Product Performance and Optimization: Analyze product metrics and user feedback to measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to optimize the product's performance and user experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications: Must be a Hindi speaker. 2+ years of experience in the field of software development and management. Excellent knowledge of Product management, Agile practices, Scrum, SDLC, DBMS, JIRA, wireframing, and quality processes with respect to delivery management, and implementing efficient SDLC practices. Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives Excellent people manager, open to new directions, with a collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization Delegate responsibilities effectively. High comfort level working in a diverse environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. Client-facing solid skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Ability to develop and nurture good working relationships at all levels across the business
