Job description

We are urgently hiring for the insurance sector.

CTC: 2 LPA to 2.50 LPA + incentive (Depend on experience + Fix CTC package)

Designation: Area Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

- Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.

- To do field Work

- Training, motivating, and development of team members.

- Organizing sales visits

- Demonstrating and presenting products

- Establishing new business

- Maintaining accurate records

- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings

- Reviewing sales performance

Candidates requirements :

- Graduation in any stream.

- Minimum 2-year sales experience.

- Having own bike and DL.

- Locals of a particular city.
