JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for skilled web content creator who has experience of working on web content management tools such as Amazon Vendor Central. The candidate will be responsible for developing and designing front-end web pages using 3rd party vendor tools and working alongside graphic designers for web design among other duties. Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central Tool will be an advantage. The candidate will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders. She/he must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels.

Analyst Role and Responsibilities

• Develop content on web pages as per defined guidelines and client requirements
• Work with graphic designers for creating assets like images, banners, videos, documents etc for designing web pages
• Provide QA support for peers to maintain high quality of content on web pages
• Support request management as per priorities coming from client
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders/teams to understand project requirements
• Coordinate with team members and managing multiple requests/projects simultaneously
• Maintain all data and reports related to requests/projects

Qualification

• BCA, BBA, B.Com with any IT certification/course related to Website Management, Content Management, B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry/Maths/IT/Computer Science)
• Any Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience Web Content Management (Front-End).

Technical and Functional Skills

• Maintain and update content of website using 3rd party tools
• Working experience of Amazon Vendor Central tool or similar tool will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
• Professional in conduct/behaviour, appearance and communication
• Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing
• Flexible for US/Europe Shifts
• Basic Knowledge of excel for reporting
• Good documentation skills
