Excellent communication skills Candidate are required to dress formally for interview. Order Management JD: - Role, Purpose, and Scope The main objective of an Order, Entry & Installation agent is to achieve the daily, weekly & monthly targets for his/her group. This is achieved by handling orders and issues in an effective and timely manner in line with policy. Working with other teams, management, and country teams as well as directly with Customers/Partners. Key components of success will include: Achievement of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly targets and SLA Regular communication to team Leader Been driven and motivated to achieve targets set. Robust escalation process. Resilient under pressure and ability to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands. Major Responsibilities: - Including day-to-day activities To manage effectively designated teamwork-flow to achieve SLA and Targets Input & Process Orders & Returns Validation of Orders and Pricing Management of relevant customer details To ensure compliance with work instructions and absolute compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules. To escalate in a timely and professional manner any issues that prevent the completion of tasks and achievement of SLA and targets. To provide Team Leader with timely and accurate reporting that captures performance trend metrics and actionable management information. Billing / Invoicing JD: - Role, Purpose, and Scope The Billing Teams agent objective is to achieve the billing targets set for his/her group. Following defined invoicing processes to correctly Invoice all outstanding charges at respective dates in such a way that both external and internal customers are 100% satisfied. Key components of success will include: Achievement of monthly/quarterly targets and SLA Regular communication to Team Leader Robust escalation process. Resilient under pressure and ability to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands. Committed approach to teamwork. Major Responsibilities: Ensure unbilled items are issued in a timely manner in line with targets/SLAs set. Daily validation & clearance of meter reading errors, contract errors, Partner Portal errors which are causing unbilled items. Monitoring of billing holds CFM activity Manual meter reading entry on behalf of customers/Partners Identifying system issues and logging Solution Manger tickets to resolve Ensure business targets on billing completeness, quality and timeliness are achieved. Driving connectivity to ensure billing quality Promote Portal usage self-service for meter reading entry Able to work under pressure and reach targets to the best of your abilities. Where problems cannot be personally resolved use judgement to forward issues as appropriate and manage their timely resolution. Escalate, to the next level, any unresolved billing issues in a timely manner. And any ad hoc duties as required. To ensure compliance with T&Cs and Business Rules and absolute compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules.
