- Develop digital marketing strategies to complement the overall organizational and business goals
- Targeting specific customers segments based on geography
RequirementsKey Responsibilities - Design and execute integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase the awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention of customers
- Manage with the marketing team and collaborate with the broader business to develop and produce relevant digital material
- Coordinating internal marketing functions, take responsibility for the end-to-end planning and organization of all marketing activities
- Develop and implement engaging social media, content and comms activity to align with marketing strategies and key business objectives
- Coordinate the distribution of content to relevant channels, whilst utilizing data to measure effectiveness and ensure continuous optimization
- Work closely with the senior management team to develop and manage the digital marketing strategy across the companys brands

- Update with latest trends on digital marketing
- Keep researching for new ideas to promote products/services through digital medium
- Actively involved in learning and brainstorming session with team.
Minimum Qualifications BenefitsQualification and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2-3years experience in a digital marketing role with at least 1 year in a senior or management-level role
- Experience creating and managing social media campaigns for platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Experience with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience managing campaign deadlines, delegating tasks and leading meetings
- Sound understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Advertising
- Well-spoken, personable, and able to communicate effectively in cross-cultural settings
- Exceptional English-language written communication skill
- Comfortable working in Australian shift (7AM TO 4PM, work location- Noida)
