Job Purpose

Digital Marketing Managers will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, they are responsible for managing, guiding, and training the tea

Website Traffic

• Increase monthly website traffic

Paid Campaign

Content & Graphic

Research and guide content writer

• Improve engagement rate
• Quality and relevant content creation for all digital platforms
• Optimized graphics and content positioning
• Content creation for Sales enablement
• Graphics should be attractive and eye catching
• Getting the work done from graphic designer on timely basis

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop digital marketing strategies to complement the overall organizational and business goals
• Targeting specific customers segments based on geography

RequirementsKey Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase the awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention of customers
• Manage with the marketing team and collaborate with the broader business to develop and produce relevant digital material
• Coordinating internal marketing functions, take responsibility for the end-to-end planning and organization of all marketing activities
• Develop and implement engaging social media, content and comms activity to align with marketing strategies and key business objectives
• Coordinate the distribution of content to relevant channels, whilst utilizing data to measure effectiveness and ensure continuous optimization
• Work closely with the senior management team to develop and manage the digital marketing strategy across the companys brands

• Keep researching for new ideas to promote products/services through digital medium
• Actively involved in learning and brainstorming session with team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3years experience in a digital marketing role with at least 1 year in a senior or management-level role
• Experience creating and managing social media campaigns for platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
• Experience with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
• Experience managing campaign deadlines, delegating tasks and leading meetings
• Sound understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Advertising
• Well-spoken, personable, and able to communicate effectively in cross-cultural settings
• Exceptional English-language written communication skill
• Comfortable working in Australian shift (7AM TO 4PM, work location- Noida)
