Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Account Management

   • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our marketplace accounts on platforms like Amazon Flipkart and others.
   • Ensure product listings are accurate up-to-date and optimized for search and conversion.
   • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

2. Performance Enhancement

   • Analyze and optimize product listings pricing strategies and advertising campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
   • Identify and resolve any account-related issues such as listing suspensions or policy violations.

3. Customer Satisfaction

   • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
   • Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

   • Regularly analyze marketplace performance metrics including sales traffic and conversion rates.
   • Generate reports and insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

5. Compliance and Policy Adherence

   • Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies regulations and best practices.
   • Ensure that our operations comply with all relevant marketplace guidelines and standards.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred). < li>
• Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management or a related role. < li>
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. < li>
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. < li>
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools. < li>
• Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies. < li>
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. < li>
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. < li>
