Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models for projects and products.
- Analyze costs, revenues, and profitability to support decision-making.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Track key financial metrics and identify trends.
- Cost Management:
- Analyze manufacturing costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Implement cost control measures and track their effectiveness.
- Capital Expenditures:
- Evaluate investment proposals for new equipment and facilities.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the viability of investments.
- Prepare capital expenditure budgets and monitor spending.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Communicate financial results to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
- Treasury Management:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity.
- Oversee investment activities.
- Manage foreign exchange risk.
Specific Skills And Knowledge - Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of VLSI industry cost structures and financial metrics.
