Roles and Responsibilities :
Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas) Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counseling team Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counselors Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings Report & Data Management Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets Pipeline forecast & Management Identify, analyze and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors Bonus: Existing relationships with Universities / Colleges ( Within India or Abroad) If also involved in Business Development activities Ideal Persona: The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory) Min 7+ years of experience in Counselling in overseas education. In-depth knowledge of at least 2 countries ( USA / UK / Canada) Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences 4-5+ years of experience in leading a team of counselors Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable. Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred) Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools. Expertise in time management, analytical and organizational skills along with prior experience in Team Management Good to Have Experience of owning a P&L of a Branch / Team Experience in working with external partners or Sub-agents Experience in conducting webinars / Road Shows / Seminars Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.
