Job Profile:

Wonderchef is seeking a talented and experienced Store associate. As a Store Associate, the primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the overall efficiency of the store. This involves warmly greeting and assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store, and ensuring shelves are stocked and merchandise is replenished. You'll be tasked with processing transactions accurately using POS systems, promoting products to drive sales, and addressing customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

A. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service.

2. Assist customers in finding products.

3. Maintain store cleanliness.

4. Stock shelves and monitor inventory.

5. Process transactions accurately.

B. Qualifications:

1. Graduation or diploma.

2. Strong communication skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Basic math skills.

5. Flexible schedule availability.

C. Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift upto 10 KG.

2. Standing and walking for extended periods.3

3. Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Results-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Candidates with Maximum 2 years of sales experience considered.
