Job description
Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, facilitating communication and negotiation to ensure successful property transactions.
- Understand the needs and preferences of customers and match them with suitable property listings.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
- Guide customers through the entire property transaction process, including price negotiations, documentation, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Keep abreast of market trends, property prices, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to customers.
