We seek a passionate and driven professional with 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the Healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies. Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the efficiency of the talent acquisition process. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 6 months to 2 years of experience in Healthcare recruitment. Strong understanding of the Healthcare industries and their respective talent landscapes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proven track record of successfully filling positions within specified timeframes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
