Job Description:
We at 56 AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are looking for the rockstars Inside Sales Senior Associates to join our Inside Sales Team. This position involves selling our Security Subscriptions to the customers who reach out to us through various Inbound channels including Calls, Website Chats, Whatsapp chat, Digital Marketing Ads,etc. The Inside Sales Senior Associate are independent go getters who will take complete responsibilities of any leads coming through the Inbound channel and give their best by ensuring that those are converted in a stipulated time. They need to go above and beyond to ensure that they are able to close the Sales conversion and revenue targets. We are looking for folks who have customer obsession and are equipped with approach to best understand customers' needs and help direct them to most suitable security subscription. They should ideally have demonstrated sales excellence in their earlier organizations.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining a 100% connectivity Rate
2. Outbound calls on all the leads generated from Website Chats, Guards, Digital Marketing Ads, Referral form the existing customers
3. Proposing/selling the right security subscription to the customer
4. Scheduling and conducting the demo online to ensure we provide right product knowledge to the customers.
5. Maintaining impeccable product knowledge and keep upgrading the knowledge with the recent product enhancements
6. Upselling the existing customers to better security subscription and drive further value into the organization
7. Ensure that the assigned Sales and Revenue targets are met.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Excellent Sales and cold calling skills
3. Demonstrated strong listening skills by building rapport with customer and understanding their requirement
4. Customer Excellence Obsession. Should have sold premium product as part of their experience.
5. Demonstrated the ability to consistently achieve the sales and revenue target
6. Should be well versed with Digital Marketing terminologies and should have used CRM.
7. Freshers or up to 3 yrs experience in inside sales would be preferred
