Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies : Craft and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to our startup's goals, including SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns. Content Creation : Create compelling, astrology-focused content for our website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement. Build Online Community : Actively engage with our audience across digital platforms, fostering a community of astrology enthusiasts. Analytics and Adaptation : Monitor digital campaign performance and website analytics; swiftly adapt strategies in response to data insights. Collaborative Growth : Work closely with the founding team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, contributing to the startup’s growth and direction. Budget Management : Efficiently manage a limited marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact activities and resource allocation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or small business environment. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Ability to produce creative and engaging content. Interest in or knowledge of astrology is a significant plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a remote team environment. Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively.
