Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, OTC

In this role-

. Apply incoming receipts and create manual invoices Billing Processer

. Basic OTC reporting in excel, connect with counter parts.

Responsibilities


. Handle Manual payments (EFT, Wire, Lockbox, Cheques)

. Handling group mailbox -remittance index and queries.

. Download remittances through customer portals.

. Booking of Incoming Payments and allocating them to the invoices.

. Handle deductions/residuals / reconciliations

. Co-ordinate with collections and deduction teams for resolutions

. Handling of Credit note payments.

. Investigate and apply unapplied and unidentified cash.

. Handling of Refund process- co-ordinate with Finance and AP team for approval and refund initiation.

. Handling Provisions & Write-offs process

. Perform auto and manual matching of debits and credits.

. Archiving supporting documents for the payments applied and manual clearings.

. Reporting periodical/on the spot regarding the activity process indicators.

. Support in scope process related ad hoc requests from Business group and local units.

. Provide required monthly reports as per SOW.

. SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating.

. Implement improvements to current processes.

. Timely reply to queries from various stake holders.

. Creation manual invoices on bases input provided with in TAT

. Creation of Credit notes and Debit note to apply the payments in full post approval from stake holders.

. Rebilling of invoices as re per request

. Uploading invoices on customer portal.

. Revenue accrual process based on different types of deals according to Revenue Recognition Policy.

. Billing Process based on different types of deals.

. Month close activities from Revenue & Billing Perspective.

. Proper accounting of billing and accrual related transactions.

. Downloading invoices status from customer portals.

. Reporting the ageing of invoice to various stake holders

. Other ad-hoc reporting on demand

Qualifications we seek in you!


Minimum Qualifications


. Post Graduation (B.COM)

. Prior experience in OTC domain

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


. Cash application and billing experience

. Sound MS office knowledge specially Excel

. Sound Communication should be able to communicate with end customers.

. Flexible to work in any shifts.
