Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at GetVantage. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of venture finance or startup ecosystem is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and define project objectives
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and test plans
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends
  • Create and deliver insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards to stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new systems, processes, and tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on business systems and processes
