Job description
Key responsibilities -
CITY - DELHI, KOLKATA, GOA, HYDERABAD
Wedding planning & Client Servicing
- Discussing and planning wedding requirements including Venue, Hotel, Decor, F & B, setup and other requirements with the clients
- Preparing and maintaining wedding guest lists, arranging transport to the wedding venues and other facilities for the guests for recce.
- Planning itinerary for the wedding day function and other ceremonies
- Providing creative inputs
- Liaising with team to ensure that all vendors and suppliers are onboard as committed to the client, negotiating contract terms and ensuring timely payment.
- Maintaining a proper schedule of all the wedding events
- Discussing budget and travel restrictions with clients specially for a destination wedding
- Coordinating and helping the team with all wedding preparations within the set budget. Ensuring the deliverables committed to the client are met.
- Creating and communicating an appropriate timeline for all the wedding functions
